Employability in general is a great Concern to one and all in the Family,society and Nation at Large.
This more alarming I respect of Engineers.
Post my 40 years long career as a specialist engineering professional with engineering core sector, where got opportunities to get trained in Russia & USA and working with expat engineering professionals from Russia, USA, Japan, Germany,UK etc., I preferred to share and dedicate my experience as a Mentor and Trainer to the Just pass fresh engineers, and in last 6 years more than 400 Engineering youth has been mentored, Trained and Transformed to Budding Engineering Professionals in their respective core sector.
Since this is my Individual effort, the training is chargeable to the interested Engineers.
Ideally speaking, this training should be free of cost by Industries , but in general society is not ideal and so the engineers and industry.
Further experienced and engineering professionals are not transformed to dedicated and eager mentors and trainers.
My observations of current scenario of technology development in day to day use interpret that the so called army of Mistries won’t be able to deal rather they spoil the new technology equipment and gadgets. These mistries have to be substituted by Qualified Engineers with proper attitude and Aptitude.
Engineers trained from our Institute are found matching with Industries.Industries should employ more and more qualified and before hand trained Industry Ready Engineers to sustain in the future.
