Corporate Training to Shop Floor Level Engineers and Technicians.

Core Engineering Sector and MSMEs have a great contribution in growth of National GDP.Exhisting MSMEs can add further to GDP of the Nation and Quality of life as well.

Over all  performance of any core sector is measured by final profits & loss.These figures are controlled by many factors,some of them are listed below:

01.Team Leader Ship ;
02.Priority expenditure checked/stopped ;
03.Skill level of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineers &Supervisor on Shop floor ,
04.Skill level of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering technicians,
05.Quality, Productivity and Production,
06.Engineering discipline level among Mechanical,Electrical,Civil Engineers , Supervisors and Technicians ;
07. Degree of Corporate culture; etc. etc.

In general, there is great scope of improvement in Corporate Performance with the existing Human and P&M resources.

Normally, in our country we see that top management team is under pressure for achieving the Corporate Goals, Management team including middle management is provided Corporate Training enabling them to dig out and analyse the issues.
But the shop floor Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineers/supervisors/Technicians are neither considered for training nor they are interested for Training.This level considrs that Productivity is the responsibility of Top and Middle Management.
Achieving Corporate Goals in a Core Sector is locked in a locker of 3 keys;viz. 1. Policy Making or Higher Management level, 2.Middle Management level and the 3rd is the Shop Floor Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Civil Engineers and Skilled Technicians.
The 3rd key holders at shop level Human Resource consisting of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineers/ supervisors/Technicians play an important role in achieving Corporate Goals.

Contributions of 3rd key, in the Performance can be added visibly by imparting Corporate Training to them.
